Konterra Business Campus

Konterra at Sweitzer Lane

In close proximity to the Maryland Route 198 interchange with I-95, and with I-95 visibility, Konterra at Sweitzer Lane provides quality brick buildings, attractive landscaping and a portfolio of flexible, yet cost-effective space for large and small users.  Phase I provides 50,000 rentable square feet of flex space in addition to 68,000 square feet of first class office space leased by Greenhorne & O’Mara, a national engineering firm.  Greenhorne & O’Mara moved their corporate headquarters to this location in December of 2005.  Phase II will further provide 132, 000 sq. ft. of first class offices.

Konterra Headquarters Building

The Konterra Headquarters Building is located on the West side of I-95, across from the future Konterra Town Center.  The 128,000 sq. ft., 6-story Class A office building is currently 41% leased. 

In 2008, the Konterra Headquarters Building welcomed Konterra Realty and the office of Kingdon Gould, Jr. as new tenants. On a Roll Deli will be opening in the Spring of 2010 on the lower level of the Konterra Headquarters Building and will provide fresh, thoughtfully prepared food selections to the tenants of the building and to neighboring office buildings.

The building is located between the first and second interchanges of I-95, north of I-495 and is easily accessed by the Route 198 interchange.
